For one of our clients we are looking for an all-round employees substrate company
As an employee you will perform all-round work in this company where substrate is processed into a raw material for mushroom farms and other costumers. The hygiene standard is very high, for the product as well as personally.

About the Job

• Cleaning of conveyor belts and machinery with a high pressure washer/cleaner.
• Filling and emptying of the tunnels with conveyor belts and heavy machinery.
• Familiar with using high pressure cleaner and water hoses.
• Grafting of the substrate.
• Light technical work on different machines.
• Do everything what is needed to produce the highest quality substrate possible.
• Work with shovels and brooms and wheelbarrows is also a part of your daily task.
• Taking care of a high hygiene standard for the product.

What we ask
• You preferably have an agricultural background.
• You have technical insight.
• You have no problems with starting early in the day and performing physical labor.
• You are in possession of a driving license, and familiar with heavy farm equipment is a plus
• High hygiene standard.

What we offer

• A salary of €15,- gross per hour. (You do not have to pay for housing!!!) Payment according to the labouragreement in Belgium Paritair Comité 145.07
• When work done right and both, you as well as the client, are satisfied you get a job for a long time, as well as housing nearby the job.
• Accommodation/Housing for free. and accommodation certified at the standard of SNF(Stichting Normering Flexwonen),
• Transport can be provided for you.
• Work in a motivated and enthusiastic team
• Work before 06:00 and after 18:00 uur: 1€ extra (16€ per hour)
• Spawn running allowance/compost grafting allowance: 2€ extra (17€ per hour)
• Meal vouchers: 7€ per worked day (PC145.07)
• In average you make 45 hours each week
• Starting times Monday and Tuesday Spawn running/substrate grafting: 05:00 AM
• Strating times Wednesday, Thursday and Friday are flexible.
• In general you make these 45 hours in 4 days. According to the week planning you hear 1 week upfront when you have your extra day free or if you have to work 5 days.
• If you or one of your colleagues is sick, the week counts 5 working days for sure
